*Please note that due to the nature of perfumes and the hygienic implications, NO opened perfumes can be exchanged or refunded.
perfumesdirect.co.za will check and verify each and every product before shipping.
Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within seven (7) days from the delivery date under the following conditions:
The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.
The product must not be open and must be returned in its original packaging (with transparent film),
You will receive a full refund on the item as purchased only if these criteria are met.
Kindly note that all direct delivery and collection costs incurred by us associated with the collection of your order will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Again, please take note that the item to be collected for return must be undamaged and UNOPENED and in its FULL ORIGINAL packaging.
A reason for the cancellation of your order must be mailed to us at info@perfumesdirect.co.za in advance requesting the return of your perfume.
All valid returns will be replaced and shipped within 5 working days once we have received the product and verified the issue.
However, the return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we'll only consider returns on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.
What happens if I want to return goods for an exchange or refund?
As per the South African Consumer Act, you are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition, and it has not been opened and is still in its sealed packaging. Perfumesdirect.co.za honours a 7-day full refund policy (excluding courier and delivery charges).
When the product arrives we will inspect it and see if it is liable for an exchange or refund. A copy of our order must accompany your product. Products that are sent back with no documentation are not accepted.
Please note that we do not arrange for the return at our cost unless we have sent the incorrect product.
If you wish to exchange the item for something else, you will be liable for return / exchange shipping costs.
